Pro CNC was founded in 1997 as a precision CNC machine shop. Although the company has expanded into design engineering, contract assembly and contract manufacturing, CNC machining is still the largest part of our business. We buy the finest CNC equipment which is faster, more accurate and more reliable. This allows our CNC parts to be of higher quality, look better, and cost less.

Production CNC Machining

Our 3 spindle - 25 pallet horizontal cell system is a state-of-the-art flexible manufacturing cell. With the ability to run "lights out" for hours on end and machine small batches of parts with little or no set-up time, or high volumes of production parts we can deliver to our customers demands. Through advanced G Code optimization, macro programming and high speed machining techniques, Pro CNC will machine your parts faster while maintaining the highest quality with our ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 certified Quality Management System.

Pro CNC is fully Pro/ENGINEER™ capable (As our name implies!). We can accept your native Pro/E files and will retain them 100% in the Pro/E environment. Our programming is done using Pro/MANUFACTURING™ (aka Pro/ENGINEER Production Machining), which allows us to use all of the associativity of this incredible software. This means that any last minute design changes are no problem. Changes are automatically integrated and updated throughout the manufacturing process. Working directly from your 3-D data, Pro CNC can provide you with "as manufactured" models, saving you time and money.
