Bellingham Bay
Trulife is located in beautiful Bellingham WA on the waterfront of the Puget Sound and near Mount Baker, Bellingham has been repeatedly been voted as one of the best place to live in the nation. Bellingham has about 70,000 residents and is the home of Western Washington University with about 13,000 students. It has myriad outdoor recreation options from ocean kayaking and mountain biking, to downhill skiing and snowboarding.

Our Poulsbo location is located on the Olympic Peninsula in Poulsbo WA.  A quaint waterfront community east of the Olympic mountain range of about 10,000 with a strong Scandinavian heritage has earned Poulsbo the nickname “Little Norway”.  Our composites manufacturing is located in this facility.

Entry Level Machinist

Description:
Full time positions on the Day, Night and Weekend shifts are available. Basic operation of VMCs, HMCs and Lathes.

Requirements:
• 1 year minimum experience or equivalent schooling.
• Ability to read CAD drawings, follow written process instructions
• Basic inspection abilities with a large variety of hand tools.
• Basic understanding of G-Code programs.
• Moderate general computer skills with MS Internet Explorer and an interest in expanding those skills.
• Excellent communications skills

Additional items that would aid in your success:

• Process design and refinement.
• Interest and enjoyment in changing environments.
• Strong desire for improvement both personally and professionally.
• Experience with a variety of machine tools and control types. (Machine Tools: Mori Seiki, Toyoda, Nakamura, Mitsubishi, Kitamura, Haas. Controls: Fanuc Mill, Fanuc Lathe, Mitsubishi, Haas)

CNC Mill Set-up Machinist

Description:
Full time positions on the Night and Weekend shifts are available.

Requirements:
Minimum requirements for this position:

• 3 years minimum 1st run set-up experience.
• Excellent problem solving skill and experience for all aspects of machining process.
• Ability to set-up VMC and HMC without assistance, quickly and accurately.
• Trouble shoot and problem solve.
• Advanced inspection abilities including Optical Comparator, and a large variety of hand tools.
• Ability to fluently read G-Code programs, with emphasis on Macro programming
• Excellent general computer skills (no particular software needed) and an interest in expanding those skills.
• Excellent communications skills



Additional items that would aid in your success:

• Set-up/operation of a CNC Horizontal Cell w/Linear Pallet system.
• CNC Lathe set-up/operation.
• Process design and refinement.
• Interest and enjoyment in changing environments.
• Strong desire for improvement both personally and professionally.
• Experience with a variety of machine tools and control types. (Machine Tools: Mori Seiki, Toyoda, Nakamura, Mitsubishi, Kitamura, Haas. Controls: Fanuc Mill, Fanuc Lathe, Mitsubishi, Haas)

• Ability to set-up jobs, without assistance, quickly and accurately.
• Trouble shoot and problem solve.
• Inspection abilities including Optical Comparator, and a large variety of hand tools.
• Ability to fluently read G-Code programs.
• General computer skills (no particular software needed) and an interest in expanding those skills. This position will have a steep learning curve and lots of opportunity for advancement throughout the organization.
