Paul Van Metre - Co-founder, President, VP of Sales and Marketing
Paul is responsible for growing the company with an aggressive approach to sales and customer service. He graduated from Western Washington University in 1996 with a BS from the Vehicle Research Institute. He has held almost every position there is in the product development cycle, including: design engineer, machinist, manufacturing engineer, programmer, estimator, sales person, VP of Sales and of course President. His diverse background gives him a strong advantage when leading the company and discussing projects with a client.
Darcy Hughes - Co-founder, VP Corporate Administration
Darcy is responsible for the administrative side of Pro CNC. Darcy has owned or been on the boards of many public and private companies for the last 20 years. His extensive business experience is an asset to the company. Darcy was also the one to bring our initial funding to Pro CNC - allowing us to open our doors back in 1997. Thanks Darcy!
Kelsey Heikoop - Co-founder, Lean Champion
Kelsey is responsible making Pro CNC's operations as lean as possible. He graduated from Western Washington University in 1997 with a BS from the Vehicle Research Institute. Kelsey started Pro CNC directly out of college, but don't count his prior lack of industry experience against him. Kelsey is one of the smartest and hardest working guys you will ever be likely to meet. His broad range of knowledge and systematic approach to the operations of Pro CNC has resulted in a highly efficient operation that is very systems based.
