Pro CNC is Acquired by Trulife

February 2, 2014 - Pro CNC is Acquired by Trulife

Pro CNC is excited to announce that it has just been acquired by a multinational manufacturing company, Trulife. Trulife and its owner, Noel Murphy have been until now focused in the medical industry and have purchased Pro CNC to diversify into the types of aerospace and commercial markets that Pro CNC has developed.

Trulife brings decades of experience and will provide Pro CNC with immediate access to resources, equipment and processes that it does not currently have. This will allow Pro CNC to serve our current clients even better and be prepared to bring in the resources needed to swiftly execute large scale projects and opportunities. Because Trulife already has five international locations, we will also get access to a global sourcing network. Trulife’s management team is organized, growth-focused, and very customer-driven. They are very much looking forward to leveraging Pro CNC's processes and people to grow significantly in the future - they are planning on investing in new equipment at Pro CNC in the coming years to allow rapid growth. Pro CNC and Trulife's nearest location in Poulsbo, Washington are being structured into a new division called Trulife Engineered Solutions. Our combined resourced and equipment will make us one of the largest manufacturing companies in the northwest with 43 CNC machines as well as stamping, composites, and other manufacturing processes. Our Bellingham facility will maintain the Pro CNC brand name as it is a very strong brand in the northwest and nationally.

Of the Pro CNC’s three majority owners, former president Paul Van Metre will stay with Pro CNC and Trulife for approximately two years in the capacity of VP of Sale & Marketing and help grow the company with its new capabilities and capacity. Kelsey Heikoop and Darcy Hughes are not needed for daily operations and have already left Pro CNC, but will continue to consult as needed. We are all proud of the business that our team has created and are excited about seeing it taken to the next level. The current executive team at Pro CNC that has been running the company for the past few years will continue to lead the company with the additional resources and assistance of the Trulife team.

In the coming weeks we will have an updated website and new marketing materials so please check back soon! You can learn more about Trulife at there website Here.
